His specialties include market trend analysis, strategic insight and forecasting. Before joining Frost & Sullivan in 2010, Rob spent eight years as an analyst with Current Analysis and, prior to that, served MCI/WorldCom’s voice systems resale and managed services division. He also held various roles in contact centers in the healthcare and retail sectors.
